If this book has information on "Reversing", Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, I sure missed it! It does contain the basic information about managing PCOS - pretty much the same as several other of the better books on PCOS. I have read a few books on PCOS - I think the two best are the "PCOS: The hidden Epidemic" (Dr Thatcher) and "The Savvy Woman's Guide to PCOS" (Dr Vliet).

I have to admit that I purchase this book because of the word "Reversing" in the tile and because it was written by a doctor - for me Dr. Futterweit book was a bit of a disappointment. That is not to say that it does not contain good information - I think that all women with PCOS ought to read/own at least one good book on PCOS, preferably one written by a medical doctor - this book would certainly fit the bill - but if you already have read one or more books on PCOS, I am not really sure that reading this book will add anything. And again, in the end, I found the use of the word "Reversing" in the title rather misleading - I think a better word would have been "Managing".
