Your chances are high!! I've read in a few places that about 70% of PCOS women go on to get pregnant. Miscarriage is more common with PCOS but that is a risk with any pregnancy.
I know when I first was Dx with PCOS I felt like my body was a failure and that I wasn't a true woman if I couldn't ovulate and concieve on my own. My husband did a great job of telling me that I'm woman inside and out and it wasn't my fault. There are SO many drugs/procedures they can do these days with infertility, so let's hope your wife responds to clomid and you don't have to worry about it for long!!
