I notice most of you still thinks menstruation is a healthy thing even after reading this article. I see you talk about women who don't have menstruation in a general way, that they don't eat enough food etc. I understand that it can be hard to understand why anyone can think that menstruation is unhealthy. We have heard it all our life, and all doctors and science say that it is healthy to menstruate. Here is where i ask:

Did rawfoodist include in the reaserch?
Where there anyone that where healty that didn't menstruate?
Did they chech if the women had ovulation?

If the answears is no to these questions, I cannot see how we can compare statements about nonmenstruating women and RAW nonmenstruating women.

Cause this is where we part! The whole point about eating all raw food, is to become healthy. It is told again and again how people experience becoming healty when starting a raw diet, how they cease to get sick, how they feel great, how they get a fit weight, how they can exercise better, how they overall feel better, and how the doctors say they haven't seen such a healthy human before.

But then when women tell they have stopped menstruating, everybody gets like "this diet is not good, she is suppose to menstruate, she is unhealthy if she does not menstruate, she must be eating too little" etc.
And I can understand that, because:

WE EQUALIZE MENSTRUATION TO OVULATION!

And this is where there is a difference between raw women and non-raw women who does not menstruate: Raw women have ovulation, but not menstruation, non-raw women does not ovulate or menstruate! A raw women who does not menstruate, and who is eating all she is supposed to, can have babies, a non-raw women who does not menstruate, does not eat all she is supposed to, and can not carry a child!

If you get me on this, you see that there are three stages:

1. Non-raw women/raw women who does not menstruate, not ovulate, and can not get babies

2. Non-raw women who menstruates and ovulates, and can get babies

3. Raw women who does not menstruate, but does ovulate, and can get babies

If your body does not get what it needs, you don't ovulate and can not get children, and you don't menstruate. But if it gets what it needs, you do menstruate if you are non-raw, but you don't when you are raw, and you ovulate and can get children. But when you are raw you feel SO much better than if you are not raw! That is the lesson here.

What do you think? Does this make a difference in your view?
Just needed to say this.
