Thank you, I contacted them awhile ago about bills from Jan-June and I actually just received some info from my ins. co. and they have received more info from the dr and are going to pay on three of my claims so I am happy for that. I just got the letters in the mail yesterday..they just weren't very quick to respond...Treatment was for both pcos & fertility so I guess it got confusing.
