I think you should find another doctor and discuss your options. I can't see any other option for you but to have a laporoscopy to clean out the endo before it grows and causes major - irreversable - damage. I understanad 18 is young, but your situation seems really bad and I'm not sure how you current doctor expects you to live your life productively in this state. Have you ever tried working out to help with pain? I know this sounds crazy considering it's the last thing you want to do when you are hurting, but it can help level off the pain in the meantime.
