You need to have lap surgery to confirm endometriosis. Plus it needs to be removed. Don't wait. Mine went so long that one of my ligaments is permanently damaged and bent and they can't remove it all because some of the endo growth has burrowed itself there. Please find a dr who will help you. And if it's not endometriosis - they need to find out what is going on.
Please - some of us suffered for WAY too long. I wish I had known back when I was your age why I was in so much pain. And now...sigh...having issues getting pregnant. Take action now.
