I have lactose sensitivity. The dr won't go as far as to say it's intolerance as one of the tests came back inconcusive. There are a load of recipes and other such things for dairy free. We have my son on a low dairy, low gluten diet because of his autism. He responds better with it. Not sure why, but that's how I found all the recipes. There are meds that have lactose in them as well and you may want to ask your pharmacist about it. I found out that some forms of Metformin's generic ones have it and I just happened to be on one, no wonder it was bothering my stomach!!
