I, too, am lactose intolerant, but I really like almond milk as I can't do too much soy either (due to my thyroid). I've found that there are certain dairy products I do okay with, such as feta cheese, goat cheese, parmesan, and some yogurts. As you get used to going dairy free, you'll find that it's not quite as restrictive as you think. Good luck and good health!
