Default Not Insulin Reistant...yet

Back in September I had a Glucose Tolerance Test that showed I was not IR:

Glucose, Fasting - 78 (range 70 - 99)
Glucose, 1 Hour - 132 (range 120 - 170)
Glucose, 2 Hour - 123 (range 70 - 139)
C–Peptide – 1.70 (range 0.80 – 3.90)

But a few weeks ago, after being off of birth control and on thyroid replacement hormone for 5 weeks, my glucose shot up:

Glucose – 98 (range 70 – 99)

It wasn't fasting, but either way, my glucose levels have ALWAYS been in the upper 70's/lower 80's range. They've never been in the 90's before! Of course, my stupid endo didn't notice this. But now I'm concerned. Is it possible that the BC was controlling my underlying IR and now it's about to rear its ugly head? I've got enough to deal with already!!
