Default Books of Faith

Read any good affirming/challenging books steeped in faith lately?

I am 2/3 of the way through "The Irrational Season" by Madeleine L'Engle, and have found it to be very life-affirming and faith-affirming. She is insightful and honest about her doubts and struggles. I think I am especially enjoying this book because of the season of life I'm in right now - busy with kids, trying to define how to share my faith and beliefs with them, trying to redefine who I am now in middle-age...

Anyone else have good books to recommend?

Stark
