I'm not lactose intolerant but my DH is. He found out when he was about 3 months old. they couldn't figure out what was wrong with him and he almost died from it.
We use Soy as the substitute. It a good thing I'm not a fan of Dairy products anyways. We manage...i have learned to like his type of foods. Some Really don't taste any different. If you make pudding with soy milk..it's NASTY.
