Oh I forgot to tell u about the cinnamon it comes in a pill and the brand I take is called cinnmax it already has chromium in it, but I started taking chromium picolinate along with it cause I think my main problem is the IR to me thats what trigggers all my symptoms, so I think if the cinnamon and chromium have been helping w/ the IR that meens it should be metabolising better and if ur insuling levels go down the testosterone level should come down too, and that should be the cause for the facial hair to dissapear and ur af should come back and o, right?? |
