Cinnamon capsules and cinnamon directly from the container do exactly the same thing ... So if you cant find cinnamon capsules maybe you could take it in the powdered form... Like I add half a teaspoon - to one teaspoon to my porridge when i cook it in the morning with a few drops of vanilla extract and powdered sugar replacement... and it makes it real yum!! You can also add it to other things, like i add some in my coffee or hot choc, or smoothie is good too.... '

Just a thought...
They say that 1/2 teaspoon is all you need to see a difference --- i tend to use more than that.... But there are some ideas for you if you cant find the pills either -- Might even be MUCH cheaper...

OR... You culd but the empty capsules and fill your own if you dont like the taste of cinnamon... (and have alot of time)
