I was diagnosed in 99' at the age of 19, but have had symptoms since I was 11 years old (when I reached puberty).
This site has been incredibly helpful to my mind, body, and soul. I have used all the information I've gotten to really get a handle on this illness.
I was able to lose some weight, eat right on the IR diet, and conceive naturally after a few years of trying (before I lost the weight). I am currently trying to lose about 90 more pounds to reach my goal weight and then I hope to maintain a healthy weight and have many more kids...
