I think most agencies, even though they are a religious organization, don't require you to be of the same religion. We used Children's Hope International for both of our adoptions. They are a Christian agency, but don't require clients to be Christian, only employees. (We are Christian, but they never asked.) I don't know what kind of adoption you're looking at. I'd highly recommend their Colombia program if that's something you are interested in. I've heard good things about their regular China program as well, but I would not recommend their China special needs program at all (different staff in the two programs makes allll the difference!)
