Kat,

Thank you for posting this because it's helped me with a decision I was having trouble making. I just recently went to the doctor and while he's willing to treat the PCOS symptoms, he's also chomping at the bit to toss me onto antidepressants, despite saying I'd rather not.

Reading this article actually gives me more confidence that I would rather continue with my 5-HTP and SJW and add in treatment for the PCOS (probably Metformin) in a month, and see where that leads. I think I may have to print this out and bring it to the office when I go in for a follow-up though, just to back up my case a bit.
