Levoxyl is a brand name, just like Synthroid. It's just a slightly different formulation. Levothyroxine is the generic. If Levoxyl doesn't do the trick for me, I'll be asking to switch to Armour or a T4/T3 combo. Things are pretty consistent right now...consistently bad...lol. Can't wait until my next dr. appt!
