Interesting perspective. I'm glad you've found some "use" for PCOS! For my wife, the extra male hormones are just plain depressing. And I don't want her fighting
me off!

Thanks for the advice. Do you want your dh to cook because (1) it takes some responsibility off your shoulders, or (2) you lack the discipline to cook healthy things? I'm not sure which it is with my dw, if (#1) I think I'd rather wash the dishes to help her out, but if it's (#2) then I could try to cook. She'll need to give me some extra grace at the beginning because I'm an idiot in the kitchen!

I'm going to try to eat healthier, and that should impact her. We've also begun taking long walks on Sunday evenings. It's a start!
Today is my last day in the office. Tomorrow, I start putting together a plan for my wife & I to follow to beat this thing. I'll post regular updates here.
