I have the same problem. My DH didn't notice for years (honestly). One day, I pointed it out to him, and he was like "oh, yeah." I've learned to adjust and just buy bras to fit the right breast and the left one has to make do. For what it's worth, my thin non-PCOS friends have a similar problem....they're just a smaller cup size than I am!
