Oh boy, yes my lifestyle has changed. When I was diagnosed as a pre-diabetic I was more active than I am now. I worked at the YMCA afterschool program, trucked around my highschool and went for walks, A LOT more than I do now!
Yes, I am "Morbidly Obese" says the BMI (I hate that darn thing!!!) my ideal weight is 120---well, I can certainly tell you I am not 120 and never wish to be, I like my curves, but I need to get this baby weight off!!
Excercise is limited now-a-days, I sortof live in a bad neighborhood and I dont really wish to bring my baby out in it, plus we have 3 feet of snow on the ground.
No, not eating properly---although I should be.
No, I didnt have gestational diabetes during my pregnancy, although I did have pre-eclampsia.
Jeesh, sounds like it could be then huh??
Thanks for replying!!
