Default Charity organizations, cheap foods, and how and where to excercise on limited budget

Hello everyone my Girlfriend was just diagnosed earlier within the past couple months but we have none about this since about June or July so we were pretty prepared when we found out the news.. Money is tight and there is not much room for luxuries.. actually no room at all.. and she is having a very hard time find good foods to eat for less money than all organic foods and things of such and we have been trying to get exercising but there is not really enough money to be able to get a gym membership or something of this sort and she thinks that there is nothing that we can do inside the apartment that would benefit her in anyway.. can anyone give any advice to various exercises that can be done in a limited space.. and running outside would seem like an obvious answer but it is the city and its currently -22 degrees C outside lol.. and any advice for food that is relatively cheap but extremely healthy and pcos friendly.. and i have become extremely intrested in starting a charity oranization for PCOS since the diagnoses of my girlfriend.. if anyone has any information to share with me about how to go about this or ideas please write back as well.. thank you sincercely and good luck to everyone.. i wish everyone the best and health..
