A Happy and Healthy New Years!

I slipped a little bit over xmas and the coming New Years (I know I have slipped this New Years as I have already bought the booze!) so I will be back on the wagon in Jan to get healthy again for 2009!!

I hope you all can join me in working to improve overall health both mentally and physically!!!

For the kiwis I hope you enjoy a few bevvies at the batch in the the sun (or rain since it looks like it will end up that way) - for the Aussies - put another shrimp on the barbie and break open a tinnie!
