Unfortunately, unless you're able to get on a group plan offered by a business, you're not going to be able to find individual coverage that covers Infertility. However, depending on how your doctor codes certain things, if you get individual insurance, you may be able to get the tests covered as long as they're not marked for infertility. This isn't a guarantee though, and at some point the insurance may start questioning or denying the tests.

As far as treatment - the frontline medications like Metformin and Clomid you can get at WalMart for $4/$9 respectively because they're on their generic lists. Anything beyond that (including injectibles, IUI, IVF, etc) would have to be paid for out of pocket. You can get medical loans to help cover the costs, or you may be able to find a doctor's office that will allow you to use a payment plan.

Sorry I didn't have better news for you, but unfortunately Infertility is still one of the (few) disease that most private insurances stay far away from.
