Question Could this be new inflammation of thryoid gland?

Hello, I've been hypothyroid officially for 8 years or so, when they first found antibodies and abnormal TSH. I've been having trouble lately with throat fullness/ear burning and pain/swollen glands phenomenon. It might be the tail end of a respiratory infection that I started a few weeks ago. But it doesn't feel like cold symptoms usually do. I just feel sick-ish.

Everything gets worse at the end of the day and overnight into morning. Pain is there when I swallow, but I can still take in food and drinks. It's like a tender swollen pain, not really the raw "knives" you get with strep. Even so I got my throat swabbed today at the primary dr's office, because you never know. The appearance of the throat that I can see is pinkish-red and looks practically normal.

Has anyone else gone through this variety of pain? I had bloodwork done Saturday so if things are off, I'll hear about it this week. I take my levoxyl and cytomel both at 6 am each day. Thank you for listening!
