I live in Ma and I have Tufts through my husbands work. They only cover testing but no treatments. So I also got Harvard Pilgrim just for me and they cover everything!! I have to pay $296/month for it, but that is nothing compared to the price of my u/s, labs, injections, and IUI's. Also it only has a $25 copay for IVF.
They only bad thing is when I m/c and needed a D&C they billed it as a day surgery and my copay was $500, but other than that, they are awesome for all fertility coverage!!
