Hiya hun

You know what this sounds very simular to me too! My gynae never ever listens to me, never explains anything to me - gives me a few tablets here and there. Its always his way or no way. I have asked several times to get my gynae changed, and never has happend - I was referred just over 10 years now! I have learned more about whats wrong with me and the meds I take mainly through here.

I was reading your story and I actually sit here feeling tearful too - as its like a loosing game with them all the time! You try and try it never gets you anywhere and does make you give up hope in trying more, because it feels like you are being kicked to the curb yet another time!

I have been asking my gynae for Clomid for some time now, and all I get is loose weight, they ask me to take diet drugs...which I have done, had an ectopic pregnancy...its after they tell me that I should not take them drugs whilst I am ttc. I have been seeing a dieticain for nearly a year now, lost a little weight, but I know thats not going to be good enough when I go back to the gynae! The thing that upsets me most is that I know of two other people, one a family friend and my auntie...both overweight, both with children, also ttc for under one year (we have been ttc for about 9 years now) and have actually been given Clomid (the family friend a couple of years back and my auntie only last month) It really frustrates me as they tell me that I am too overweight to take these drugs - yet give them to other people who are also overweight too! Surely it should be the same procedures for everyone.
