I have always felt better when my thyroid was a bit/borderline high. At first my doc was a bit nervous about it being a little to high but then later said that it was fine and it shouldnt hurt me as long as I feel good. When I get older (like 40's-50's) is more when you have to be careful about not letting it get to high because it can lead to other problems. But I think your body tells you whats best for you and if you feel better when its a bit high then thats what you need. Blood test are also not always perfectly acurate. |
