Did the lap go alright? Were they able to determine anything? How did her ovaries/tubes look? Did her d/c give any information as to why she has not conceived?
If it's too many questions don't worry about answering. I just hope this isn't an endo case being overlooked. Endo seems to be the last thing on some dr's minds and can cause infertility and damage to the reproductive organs if left untreated.
I hope she gets the help she deserves and needs
