You can use it in place of sour cream like for most savory dishes - or likely anywhere you use sour cream (if you are more interested in controlling fat and calories rather than carbs) you will not miss sour cream.
For sweet, I like it with strawberries and maybe some nuts and maybe sweetened with a little stevia. I have also done stevia and vanilla extract stirred in plus tiny bits of unsweetened bakers chocolate (warning pretty bitter) and nuts for a pseudo sunday! |
