hi hun,
i was diagnosed in 2006 with no cysts visable but various other symptoms and my right ovary was half the size of my right them when i went again they couldnt find it so the time after it was there clear as day with 3 small cysts so as the ladies say there isnt a number limit to be in the ''club'' lol i would ask for a second opinion!!
