i like a couple chicken breast, taco seasoning rubbed onto it, can of rotels poured on top and cheese. pop in the oven and waa-la. i also like chicken cordon bleu. beat chicken to a flat breast, put ham and swiss rolled in it, roll chicken up w/ toothpick to secure and bake. Last 10 min put another slice of swiss on top. |
