I agree, meggowiggle, Greek yogurt IS healthier and better for those of us who are IR. Plus, it tastes better, just as you've said. I'm lactose intolerant but can eat Greek yogurt in moderation without too much tummy upset. Even my naturopathic physician was touting the benefits of Greek yogurt during my appointment with her yesterday!
