yeah i'm getting pretty peeved about my doc the more i think about how useless he is. he's the only doc in our region, but i'm trying to make a trip to hokitika to see a doc there.. will take me a while but i'll get there.
just wondering about how one goes about getting medication? can ya ask/demand it, or do you have to meet a certain criteria to be able to be on it, and is it expensive?
I'm going to start to try and lose weight, i want to do it properly this time, good old exercise and healthier eating. will have a look at fitcysters, thanks =) |
