I am not rainbowed, but I seen your post and had to answer it.
I morph too. It is crazy how it happens and then it comes on strong. My hubs usually expects it and stays clear of me. But I changed to the "patch" for Birth control. I have been on pills since June 2007 and was still angered easily. So my new ob/Gyn said that the path will help. I was on it for 3 weeks, the anger seem to disapate faster, but since I weigh over 300lbs, it wasnt working as a birth control (That I needed). So now I am back to BCP's. My hubs hopes it will get better as I lose weigh. I hope so to. I go to therapy, but not as regularly anymore. That doesnt help either. So weight loss seems to be helping at this point.
