I have the exact same symptoms except the very long periods. After my first ultrasound I found out I had pcos. She said my uterus is the size of a 3 month pregnant person. I had a follow up ultrasound. It shows my uterus is slightly bigger than my last ultrasound. It states I still have polycystic ovaries and a retroverted uterus. She said I had adenomyosis which she said is like endometriosis. I have to have another ultrasound in 3 months to see what to do next. |
