I may look into that. It seems these dishes are little on the formal side, though. idk. These are just friends coming over to kick back, and I wouldn't normally make seared tuna rolls or seafood salad... too weird/fancy, at least for my DH and friends' taste. We are very much meat and potato, plain jane over here. Thanks for the help though, I really appreciate it!
