Mindijean - I feel the same way. Vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, corn are all very expensive down here. Those that you do get grown locally are not that good. I end up having to buy different mixes of veggies which are 2x the price.

I found this link for soups... I do like soup (although DH doesn't eat them) which could be helpful.
