s-j : you've definitely been thru the ringer! What you need is a gynecologist who will treat you despite your size! As a new patient (I think this is a new doc, right?) they should do a full workup on you to test your hormone balances, insulin, do an ultrasound, etc so that you can get the proper PCOS diagnosis (if the tests turn that way). I'd also agree that you should start on Metformin, and give that some time to work...if that doesn't regulate your cycles (it does for a lot of people - at least try it out before letting the doc tell you it doesn't work) start the clomid to get you ovulating.
