Is dairy okay? I'm new to this and haven't been put on any medication.. I'm trying to control my blood sugar levels with NAC, Apple Cider Vinegar and low carb diet
My diet mainly consists of fish, eggs, vegetables but I do drink whole milk, eat greek yogurt with blueberries and eat feta cheese? is it OK to eat these things or should I stop? What about brown rice and buckwheat? Are they OK to consume?
