i have never felt that my doctors dont take me seriously but i think that is because they understand that i have researched into this and i think it also helps that diagnosed me knew that i had a strong history of family in the medical profession and they knew that my mum would explain most of it to me if i didnt understand and had probably already explained it to me, my new doctor i think has a better idea of me as im studyin a biomedical degree, and can tell im well researched in what i have,
hopefully your doctors will start treating you like the adults you are soon
