Latina cyster here. My parents are from Colombian and the hardest thing for me to let go of is "arroz"!!!! I can't live without my rice!!! Takes me all kinds of hard work to even lose 5 pounds (if I'm lucky). I feel ya cysters!
Also, my DBF and I couldn't have sex for awhile because it hurt too much when he even tried to put it in. We changed positions and now everything is fine! Perhaps it'll do the same for you.
