I am having these symptoms and think I am also reactive hypoglycemia (as well as mild diabetic):

after eating, tiredness
waiting more than 1-2 hours between food, I get dizziness, headaches, drunk feeling, totally out of it and slur my speech
It gets worse with time and feel like I could pass out. It's terrifying!
I have all the same symptoms. I suspect I had PCOS since I was 16/17 but it took until now, 24 to be diagnosed because I am super thin and do not have most of the outward signs. I am a pre-diabetic and have had reactive hypoglycemia since I was 18. You have to be sure to eat a balanced diet... low-carb and think zone or sugar busters (per my Endo)... those are the best for those of us that have both pre-diabetes and hypoglycemia. Do not treat the hypoglcemia with sugar, it will only make it worse!

I used to feel terrible but with starting Metformin 500mg XR and eating a balanced "zone" diet, I feel much better. It hasn't totally eliminated the reactive hypoglycemia but it has certainly helped.
