Default can you help me with a question?

I just had some blood work done, and my tsh came back 2 pts below the normal .27 at .23. I am sure other labs use other numbers, but this is what the nurse told me. There is a family history of thyroid and she checked it due to some symptoms I was having. I was also slightly anemic. Here is my question. Does breastfeeding affect your levels? My son is 9 months old and I am breastfeeding (nurse said that it could be the reason). She said I could either see a specialist or have my numbers rechecked in 3 months, not sure what to do, any help would be appreciated. I may also, check with the breastfeeding thread.
