"chitlins" are buckets of all of the pork bits that are not made into roasts, chops or ribs (.ie lots of nasty pork insides, feet, etc. ) It's also redneck slang for children, which is the only chitlins I will EVER have! The only food I eat that comes in buckets is ice cream!!
