yeah femara isnt licsenced in the UK and also the use of progesterone isnt common, is there is increasing evidence that using this, doesnt help sustain the pregnancy, if the progesterone isnt there from the beginning then the pregnancy isnt sustainable at the start due to poor egg quality and the luteus corpum not being strong enough to sustain the pregnancy, they are the two major differences in fertility treatment in the UK and US
