Hi honey! I've always has a sensitive stomach, going on birth control only made it worse and bcp's can also increase insulin resistance
What helped my stomach was WATCHING what I eat, small proportions, high fiber foods, lots of water, fresh fruits and veggies (a low GI diet will also help w/ PCOS symptoms) There are natural alternatives to met like Hypnoid (sp?) if Met doesn't suit you
