PCOS-motivation omg. this makes feel so much better about myself. i was just diagnosed with PCOS. I am 17, 5´2 and 145. my weight goes up and rarely down. i tried so many different ways to lose weight. i´m part of a step team so we constanly excerise and run. i do tae-bo on the weekends, and i rarely eat anything fried. a snack at my house is fruits. within all that i might have lost 5lbs and gain 10. i wear mineral makeup also and it´s gone before i get to second hour (within an hour and a half) so this blog was so comforting to me. just to know that i´m not so different after all. thank you and i wish you well |
