Wow! I had no idea this came out. It is about time they got on the bandwagon with erythritol. Although, I think the Truvia is more stevia then erythritol. I usually do the opposite. I add a drop or two of concentrated stevia to good amount of erythritol. This is because erythritol is not as sweet as sugar or Stevia and it helps add just the right amount of sweetness. I'm so glad erythritol is being introduced as a sweetner- it rocks.
