congratulations! My thyroid levels are usually below 1. When I first became pregnant they went up to 8.5. My endo adjusted my synthroid and a few weeks later it went to a 5 then a 3. The usual so tired you get during you first trimester was even worse, I had my thyroid checked every 6 weeks while preg and every 8 weeks when nursing. When nursing my levels were out of wack as well. Good luck to you!
