Default TTC with Type 2 Diabetes

Anyone pregnant while being diabetic type 2? I want to know what the pregnancy was like. I want to know that it is possible to have a very healthy and normal preg with diabetes. I had always wanted to have a home birth but now I see that I will be considered High Risk and it's been hard coming to a realization that pregncy will be nothing like what I had envisioned. I want to at least see what experiences anyone else has had with being pregnant while diabetic. It is hard enough ttc with pcos, and then adding type 2 diabetes to that. Any info helps!
